How to Open a Marketing Request Ticket:
1. Visit our

3. Click on "Log On."

4. Once you log in to the Citrix Store front page, click on the IT Service Desk Web Portal
4. Choose "request a service."

5. Choose "marketing services."
6. Fill in the details of your request (Web development, digital marketing, marketing event, promo items, orientation,etc)
7. Submit your ticket, and our marketing team will get to work!
