Announcements are available on https://www.jostens.com/ but are not a requirement to get in to the ceremony. Use this link to order your cap and gown – the deadline to purchase in order to get it before the ceremony is May 22^nd.

The cap and gown combination set is $22.65 before shipping and handling. Purchasing a black cap and gown is not required if you already own one. You can also purchase one from a different source if you choose, as long as it is black. If you choose to use a different cap and gown you can order just the Tassel from the Josten’s website separately.

Honors and Leadership Ambassador cords or medals will be provided at the campus during graduation meetings or grad bashes. If you plan to attend the ceremony, please attend a graduation meeting at your campus or whichever campus is closest to you. If you are unable to attend a graduation meeting and have questions, please contact the student services coordinator at your campus.

Date: Friday, June 14 2019

Graduates to Arrive: 3:00 p.m.

Graduation Ceremony Starts: 6:00 p.m

Graduates are asked to arrive no later than 3:00 p.m. the day of the ceremony. Tickets are not required to enter the event; however, seating is first come, first serve. Please check this website as the day of the ceremony approaches for more details. The Graduation Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.

Parking

Parking will be available in the Geico Parking Garage on 400 W South St, Orlando, FL 32805 at a discounted rate of $10. You can park elsewhere if you wish but the discounted rate is only available from Amway at the Geico Parking Garage.

At The Amway Center: Graduation Ceremony​

When you arrive at the ceremony please find your Program Director as we will be walking out by campus and then by the program. There is no need to organize by name – everyone will be provided with a card with your information on it for the person reciting names to read as you cross the stage. Once you have crossed the stage please return to your seat and wait for the ceremony to end. Please do not leave until all the names are called and the Convocation has commenced.

Diplomas
Diplomas will not be distributed at the graduation ceremony. To obtain your diploma, please contact your campus. Diplomas usually arrive 8–10 weeks after the completion of your last class.

Pictures, DVD & Live Stream

The graduation ceremony will be streamed live and DVD copies of the ceremony will also be available for purchase afterwards. DVD copies are $25, including shipping and handling, and Blu-Ray copies will be $30. Click here to order your copy of the DVD/Blu-Ray
